  • 自取責任： 若您選擇於九龍灣辦公室「門市自取」，請務必在收到通知後的合理時間內領取。對於長期未被領取（例如超過 30 天）的訂單，我們保留取消訂單且不予全額退款的權利。

 

6. 責任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

 

在香港法律允許的最大範圍內：

  • Bio-smell 不承擔任何因您使用本服務或產品而導致的間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害賠償（包括但不限於利潤損失、數據損失或商譽損害）。

  • 我們對您的任何索賠（無論是基於合約、侵權或其他原因）的總賠償責任上限，不超過您為該特定產品所支付的金額。

Welcome to Bio-smell (www.bio-smell.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Bio-smell (and its related parent company/subsidiaries, if applicable).

  • "You", "Customer" refers to the user or purchaser of this website.

 

2. Accuracy of Information & Product Descriptions

 

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices regarding our Nano Zinc products on the website are accurate. However:

  • No Absolute Warranty: We do not warrant that product descriptions or website content are entirely error-free, complete, or absolutely current.

  • Visual Representation: Product images are for reference only. Actual packaging or colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

  • Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

  • Price Changes: Product prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or products.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided.

 

4. Medical & Safety Disclaimer

 

  • Non-Medical Statement: Bio-smell products are designed for cleaning, hygiene, and personal care. These products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Usage Guidelines: Please use the products strictly in accordance with the instructions. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

  • Ingredients & Allergies: Although our products use a Nano Zinc formula and are alcohol-free with a gentle nature, we recommend that users (especially those with sensitive skin) review the ingredient list or perform a patch test before use.

 

5. Shipping and Self-Pickup

 

Your use of shipping and pickup services is subject to our "Shipping Policy".

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., SF Express).

  • Self-Pickup Responsibility: If you choose "Self Pickup" at our Kowloon Bay office, you must collect your order within a reasonable time after receiving the notification. For orders that remain uncollected for an extended period (e.g., over 30 days), we reserve the right to cancel the order without providing a full refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

  • Bio-smell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or products (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill).

  • Our total liability cap for any claim you make (whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content included on this website (such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Bio-smell or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
