運輸條款 (Shipping Policy)

​感謝您選擇 Bio-smell (味舍利)！我們致力於提供優質的納米鋅 (Nano Zinc) 產品，為您帶來安全、潔淨的生活體驗。以下是我們的運送與自取條款：

 

1. 訂單處理時間 (Processing Time)

 

  • 所有現貨訂單將在 1-2 個工作天 內進行處理與寄出（週六、日及公眾假期除外）。

  • 我們會盡力確保快速發貨，若遇訂單量龐大，處理時間可能會有輕微延遲，敬請見諒。

2. 運送方式與自取服務 (Shipping & Pickup)

 

我們提供以下兩種收貨方式，您可以根據需求自由選擇：

 

A. 門市自取 (Self Pickup) - 免運費

 

歡迎顧客於辦公時間內親臨我們的辦公室取貨，既快捷又節省運費。

  • 自取地址： 九龍灣宏照道金漢工業大廈3樓05室

  • 開放時間： 辦公時間內 (建議來訪前先致電或訊息確認當日具體時間)

  • 取貨流程： 收到「可取貨通知」訊息後，請憑訂單編號前往上述地址領取。

 

B. 本地快遞 (Local Courier)

 

我們使用可靠的物流夥伴（如順豐速運 SF Express）將商品送達您手中。

  • 派送範圍： 香港全境（包括住宅、工商地址及順豐智能櫃/自取點）。

  • 運費：

    • 訂單滿指定金額（例如 HKD $500）可享免運費優惠。

    • 未滿指定金額，運費將以「到付」形式由物流公司收取，或依結帳頁面顯示的金額為準。

 

3. 產品特性與運輸安全 (Product Safety)

 

  • 納米鋅技術： 我們的產品採用先進的納米鋅配方，完全不含酒精成分。

  • 安全運送： 由於納米鋅產品不含酒精且非易燃品，性質溫和穩定，不受一般酒精類產品的嚴格運輸限制，您可以安心選購並安排寄送。

 

4. 預計送達時間 (Estimated Delivery Time)

 

  • 本地快遞： 寄出後約1-2個工作天 內送達。

  • 實際送達時間視乎物流公司安排及當日交通/天氣狀況而定。

 

5. 損壞與退換 

  • 儘管我們的納米鋅產品包裝嚴密，但若您在收到包裹時發現包裝有嚴重破損或商品洩漏，請務必在 48 小時內 拍照並保留相關證據。

  • 請透過電郵 biosmellhk@gmail.com 聯繫我們，我們將儘速為您跟進處理。

 

6. 地址準確性

 

  • 請確保填寫的收件地址與聯絡電話準確無誤。如因資料錯誤導致包裹無法投遞或退回，重新寄出的運費需由客戶自行承擔。

Thank you for choosing Bio-smell! We are committed to providing premium Nano Zinc products to bring you a safe and clean living experience. Please find our shipping and pickup terms below:

 

1. Processing Time

 

  • All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

  • We strive to ensure the fastest possible shipment. However, please note that processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Pickup

 

We offer two options for receiving your order. You may choose the one that best suits your needs:

A. Self Pickup – Free of Charge We welcome customers to pick up their orders at our office during business hours to save on shipping costs and time.

  • Pickup Address: Room 05, 3/F, Kim Hank Industrial Building, Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

  • Opening Hours: During office hours (We recommend calling or messaging us to confirm availability before visiting).

  • Pickup Process: Once you receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification message, please proceed to the address above with your Order Number to collect your items.

B. Local Courier We use reliable logistics partners (such as SF Express) to deliver your items.

  • Delivery Area: All of Hong Kong (including residential addresses, commercial addresses, and SF Lockers/Service Points).

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders over a specified amount (e.g., HKD $500) qualify for Free Shipping.

    • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be "Paid by Receiver" (Cash on Delivery for shipping fee) or charged at the fixed rate shown at checkout.

 

3. Product Characteristics & Transport Safety

 

  • Nano Zinc Technology: Our products utilize an advanced Nano Zinc formula and are 100% Alcohol-Free.

  • Safe Transport: Since our Nano Zinc products are alcohol-free and non-flammable, they are stable and safe for transport. They are not subject to the strict shipping regulations common to alcohol-based products, allowing you to purchase and ship with peace of mind.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

 

  • Local Courier: Orders generally arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: Actual delivery times depend on the logistics carrier’s schedule and local traffic or weather conditions.

 

5. Damages & Issues

 

  • While we ensure our Nano Zinc products are securely packed, accidents can happen. If you discover severe damage to the packaging or product leakage upon receipt, please take photos and retain all evidence.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at biosmellhk@gmail.com. We will follow up on the issue immediately.

 

6. Address Accuracy

 

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
