在 Bio-smell (味舍利),我們希望您對購買的納米鋅產品感到滿意。但如果您需要退貨,請參閱以下政策:
1. 退貨條件
我們提供 7 天退貨保證。您可以在收到商品後的 7 天內申請退貨。要符合退貨資格,您的商品必須滿足以下所有條件:

未經使用: 商品必須處於全新、未使用的狀態。

原始包裝: 商品必須保留原始包裝(包括所有標籤、封條及保護膜),且包裝未受損。

證明文件: 需提供購買收據或訂單編號。
2. 不可退貨的商品
基於衛生與安全考量,以下商品恕不接受退貨或退款:

已開封的個人護理/衛生用品: 所有納米鋅 (Nano Zinc) 系列產品,一旦瓶身封條被移除、包裝被打開或已有使用痕跡,恕不接受退換。

特價/促銷商品: 標示為「不設退換」或特價出清的商品。

贈品: 訂單中包含的任何免費贈品。
3. 損壞與瑕疵
我們在發貨前會嚴格檢查產品。若您收到的商品有損壞、洩漏或與訂單不符:

請務必在簽收後的 48 小時內 透過電郵 biosmellhk@gmail.com 聯繫我們。

郵件中請附上訂單編號及清晰的產品損壞/瑕疵照片。

經確認後,我們將為您安排免費換貨或全額退款。
4. 退款流程

一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨包裹,我們將發送電郵通知您批准或拒絕退款。

若退款獲批,款項將在一定天數內透過您原來的支付方式(如信用卡、PayMe 等)退回。

請注意:銀行或信用卡公司處理退款可能需要額外的工作時間。
5. 退貨運費

產品質量問題: 若因商品瑕疵或寄錯商品導致退貨,運費由 Bio-smell 承擔。

個人因素退貨(如改變心意): 若因非質量問題申請退貨,退回的運費需由客戶自行承擔,且原訂單的運費將不予退還。

At Bio-smell, we want you to be satisfied with your Nano Zinc products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:

Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective films intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

Opened Personal Care/Hygiene Products: All Nano Zinc products cannot be returned once the seal is broken, the packaging is opened, or the product has been used.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

Gift Items: Any free gifts included with the order.
3. Damages and Defects
We strictly inspect products before shipping. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item:

You must contact us at biosmellhk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/Wrong Items: Bio-smell will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Change of Mind: For non-quality related returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
